Below are the steps leading up to your first day at work:
Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Contact with our recruiter
Once you’ve applied, our recruiter will contact you to arrange an initial interview. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have about SERIS Security or about the position.
Step 3: In-depth interview with the recruiter
We’ll take a closer look at your experience, motivation and ambitions. This will help us determine together whether we’re a good match.
Step 4: Interview with the manager
You will be invited for a face-to-face interview at the office or at the client’s premises. You will meet your future line manager and get a clear picture of the role and the team.
Step 5: Salary offer & contract
Does it feel right for you? If so, you’ll receive a tailored salary offer. Once you’ve agreed, we’ll finalise the contract and ensure a smooth onboarding process, so you feel at home from day one.
