ESG policy
Our environmental, social and governance (ESG) guidelines form the foundation of our ambition to contribute, as an organization, to a safe, sustainable and responsibly managed society. We strengthen ESG awareness, engagement and action in our daily operations and in our relationships with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Through this policy, we make our commitments transparent and guide our shared progress toward a more sustainable future.
Our approach
At SERIS, we link sustainable ambitions to measurable outcomes. We report across three pillars — People, Planet and Profit (governance) — and anchor our actions through recognised standards and processes.
People: safety and well-being
- Annual target: -2% work-related and road traffic accidents
- ISO 45001 certified (occupational health and safety)
- Training and awareness in safe work practices
Planet: climate and mobility
- Target: -10% average CO2 emissions of the vehicle fleet
- 83% of vehicles emit less than 115 g CO2/km; fleet average 97.3 g/km (excluding pick-ups)
- Since model year 2023, we no longer purchase fossil-fuel vehicles
Eco-driving training for all professional drivers (including mobile guarding and VIP drivers via Masternaut)
Profit: ethical and resilient business
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) implemented
- Anti-corruption policy and group ethics
- Sustainable customer relationships and promotion of innovation
- Accountability in business practices and procurement processes
What is the CSRD?
SERIS develops CSRD reporting in line with European standards, with clear KPIs, progress reports, and external assurance where required.
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is European legislation that requires large and/or listed companies to report extensively and in a standardised way on sustainability. The directive strengthens the transparency and comparability of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, so that stakeholders can make better‑informed choices.
