Night of the Agent: Being close to employees makes all the difference
The importance of staying close to our employees was underlined once again during the “Night of the Agent”.
As a family business, we make a difference by staying close to our colleagues in the field. That is why we regularly organise the ‘Night of the Security Agent’, during which the board, management and support services visit many security guards who are working at different locations.
In our sector, it is essential to stay in touch with our colleagues and with the daily reality of the business.
